This beautiful convenient centrally located south facing, bright and clean great home for students/ new immigrants in a family friendly quiet neighborhood. This house is around 2000 sq. finished area on public transit route #50, schools and shopping almost in the downtown of Langford (off. Goldstream Ave.), walk-in to restaurants (i.e. Tim Horton, Starbucks), big box stores, recreation Centre, lake or trail and many more.
* Rooms Available: Jul 15, 2022 onwards
* Monthly Rent: ($800 single bed in two beds in one room 0r $900 single bed in small room) with shared bathroom n kitchen (kitchen usage for cooking will be extra $50/ person)
* Duration: 3 months preferred and I month notice required
* 3 bedroom, 2 bath rooms (shared)
* Newer floor and paint in rooms
* Parking on street available
* Excellent location: bus stop across the street, walking distance to parks, lakes and hiking trails, playgrounds in walking distance (no Car required, everything nearby)
* Quick access to Galloping goose trail, Langford lake, playing grounds, recreation Centre, Veterans Parkway and many more to explore
* Close to schools and on-route
* No Smoking inside and premises and outside up to 10 feet from house
* Room come with single/ double bed and a study table only
