Now that my teen girls, 16 and 18 are spending more time with their friends and at their father's place close by, I find myself with an extra room. Spacious, completely furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair, and full-size closet.
The charming James Bay Village is occupied by grocery stores, a pharmacy, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and a post office, offering plenty of work opportunity
We live in a spacious 3 bedroom duplex with two full baths, sharable space in a full-service kitchen, living and dining rooms, as well as a cute south-facing fenced backyard.
I enjoy gardening, hosting quaint dinner parties and usually have a 1000-piece puzzle on the go.
5min walk to the coastal beach with a view of the Olympic Mountains of Washington State USA - the Alaskan cruise ships terminal at Odgen Point - Fisherman's Wharf
10 min walk to the beautiful and vibrant downtown core of Victoria
10 min walk to the oldest park in British Columbia where peacocks roam freely and home to the Beacon Hill Petting Farm
3 min walk to many bus routes
We have two friendly outdoor cats
