12 mins walk to Downtown Victoria, 5 mins walk to Seaside with mountain view of United States, 5 mins walk to Alaska Cruises at Ogden point, 10 mins walk to BC's oldest Park, 5 mins walk to Fisherman's wharf, 3 mins walk to shops, restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bank, grocery store, pharmacy, post office and more
Bedroom oversees a (free access) green playground, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony appreciating beautiful sun set.
Victoria downtown and James Bay has lot of jobs and they are all at walking distance.
You will live as a family member with Sandy and Sanjeeve couple. Educated couple, no kids, most of the time not at home as they have a busy work life and are used to host international students since 2015.
Free wi-fi, everything provided, you just need to take care of your food and laundry detergents. Personal fridge available, a big freezer and all other kitchen equipment and utensils provided.
The living room offers lots of space for reading, watching the trees outside, and watch 65"TV.
