WATERFRONT HOMESTAY ON THE GORGE WATERWAY - VICTORIA

ENJOY THIS WATERFRONT OASIS - You could be enjoying a large bedroom with an accessory room in my extraordinary oceanfront suite. Re create yourself by living in this all-inclusive resort-like location while you relax and nestle into my awesome home on the water.

YOUR PRIVATE ROOM This shared accommodation includes your own private room that features a six-piece maple bedroom set including two dressers, shelving, and bedside tables. It also has a micro office space in the spacious walk-in closet. (WiFi included) Morning light comes in a window that faces a landscaped babbling brook just outside.

KNOWN AS A PADDLERS PARADISE - You will be sharing my suite located on the Gorge Waterway opposite a park and with three canoe clubs nearby. It features open-concept living with a dining area steps from a leather couch with 60" TV in the ocean-view living room.
You will have the shared use of my living space including:
• Waterfront view living room
• Bathroom with tub and shower
• Shared washer and dryer
• Dock & Swimming
• Walk Out Waterfront Covered Patio
• Gardens areas
• Backyard/lawn

BREAKFAST - Full Breakfast is included featuring local farm products and produce.

SERVICES - There is also a laundry service, and picnic hampers, available at additional cost.
This suite is newly renovated and sanitized (squeaky clean) and very comfortable.

CENTRAL LOCATION - I live in a beautiful waterfront home in Victoria British Columbia. Its located on the Gorge Waterway is only 3 minutes from a bus stop and close to shops and downtown Victoria which is only a 9 minutes to by car or 11 minutes by bike or 14 minutes by boat. This comfortable retreat is also a short walk to stores and a golf course.

FRIENDLY HOST - I am a world-travelled, well-educated semi-retired creative director and eco-media designer who lives a very healthy lifestyle. I have experience as a Magazine editor, photo journalist and public speaker, author, film-maker and eco-social designer. So I have a lot of stories to share. My children have all grown up and started their own life. I have no pets and I live alone, so my Shared Waterfront Home space is available for you now.

ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED: Utilities, water, gas, hydro, cable, security and wifi are all included in the rent!

RECREATION - Prebooked On-site rentals of bikes, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards for enjoying the waterfront @$25/day*. (subject to availability and pre-authorized deposit). Paddle Instruction is also available at $30/hr Ask about our Arts, History, and Food & Wine guided tours of Greater Victoria

STREET PARKING Available & close to bus stop.

HEALTHY & SAFE- Security System - No Smoking - No Pets

RENTAL RATES
SINGLE $1400/month with meals and laundry services $1200/month w/o meals and laundry.
DOUBLE $1680/month with meals and laundry services $1400/month w/o meals and laundry.
