Homestay in カナダ, Victoria
Located in one of the nicest areas of Downtown Victoria, my apartment is on the 6th floor with big windows, lots of sunshine, and a spectacular view of the mountains, ocean, and Beacon Hill Park.
Just beside the Parkside Hotel, it is only a few minutes walk to the Parliament Buildings, Empress Hotel, Royal BC Museum, Inner Harbour, Cook Street Village, etc. A 5 to 10 minute walk to downtown language schools, restaurants and shopping. Bus stops are very close by.
Your private bedroom is 2.7 x 3.7 meters in size, includes desk, chair, lamp, bed with storage drawers underneath, shelves, wardrobe closet, and a large window that gets morning sunshine.
The shared kitchen and bathroom are both clean and new, the living room has an exercise area for stretching and yoga, and the large balcony has chairs and table for relaxing with the view.
You will be sharing the apartment with me, a retired engineer who has travelled to many countries and has enjoyed hosting students from many different countries for over 30 years. Age 25 years or older preferred.
