Hello,
I offer a private bedroom with shared bathroom. Bathroom is shared with 14 yr old. I am looking for a female student who is independent and responsible. Must be clean and tidy and respect the residence and the neighbour's. No parties, drugs and smoking is allowed. The bus service bus #52 and #60 is at a two min walk, and brings you to RRU and westshore mall in 10 min. and easy connections to wherever you need to go. The grocery store, Starbucks, pharmacy and post office is at a 3 min walk. And walking distance to the beach.
I am a single mom with three daughters living in the house, the 8 and 11 yr old girls are living parttime at the house.
And the 14 year old full time. There is also two indoor cats at the house.
