I am a retired elementary school teacher. I live alone. I am active and love to bike, golf, and hike. I have a room in my 2 bedroom condo that is available for rent. There is a shared bathroom just down the hall. A city bus runs right past my front door to get you to the university, Camosun College, as well as other educational programs and areas within the city. My location is very central being a 15 minute walk to downtown inner harbor or to Beacon Hill Park which is the largest park in Victoria. I prefer an independent quiet female student committed to their studies who follows protocol for covid without question, no smoking, no drinking. I take pride in my home and respect your space. There is shared laundry facilities in the building at a cost of $1.75/load to wash & dry!The bedroom has closet with shelving, a desk with chair, twin size mattress with bedding, personal set of towels and a 3 drawer chest of drawers. Two additional drawers below bed frame! Bi-weekly cleaning/sanitizing is done in my building. I am not available to provide meals however kitchen space is available with all new appliances including Dishwasher and microwave. Shared space in fridge or a small fridge can be available. There is a tv and Full wifi/internet access as well as hydro. A signed rental agreement is required in order to ensure secure access in the building. I prefer at least a 4-6 month minimum commitment. You will love my building, my location, and the quiet independence that you will have!
