The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very well maintained building in a very nice residential area close to the University, Camosun College and all shopping and bus routes It is very spacious and has a brand new fridge, washer and all new bedding. The bedroom also has a computer desk, chair, nightstand and lamp. The guest will only have to bring their clothes! There is a ping pong table and sauna in the basement as well as a bike lock up. It is available immediately. This is independent living with no food supplied. Very bright, spacious living with own 5 piece private bathroom. Perfect for students. Also, the apartment is equipped with the most up to date wifi and high speed internet.
