Homestay in Saanich, Canada
We have a 2 fully, furnished, bedroom suite with a 4-piece bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove,
microwave, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with bedding and dresser, bedside table with lamp, chair, and large closet.
The student is responsible for keeping the room and bathroom clean, including any other area used.
There is a vacuum and cleaning supplies available. Also, the student is responsible for removing garbage
(garbage bins are located outside).
Included in the monthly rate is heat, hot water, wi-fi, and access to laundry (which is shared with landlords).
There is ample street parking, if needed.
Upon arrival, a room inspection will be done with the student and owner. Upon leaving, the room will again be
inspected by student and owner - the student is responsible for any damages.
There must be one months’ notice prior to leaving.
We are close to bus routes to UVic and Camosun College (both Landsdowne and Interurban campus);
and downtown.
